How it Works

Here is the Process from Start to Finish

Inspection

We will come to your house on most assignments and meet with you personally to observe, measure and take photographs.  We will also discuss the history of the house with you including any important updates, renovations or alterations that may not be readily observable.

Research and Appraisal Development

Once the inspection is complete, we will continue to research your property, the market and potential comparable sales (for most assignments).  This is where the development of the appraisal report comes to life and we begin to form our opinion and write it in a way that is easy to understand.

Delivery

Once the appraisal is complete (generally around 5-10 business days), we will send it to you via email.  The appraisal will be in an easy to print and read PDF format.  This will be your signed copy of the appraisal with all information that we found to be important, as well as the opinion of value.
